Crafts For Sunday School - Animals In The Bible

A good way to get young children interested in the Bible is to connect to something very happy, and all children love animals! With a unit of animals in the Bible is an effective way to teach important lessons while having fun in church. Structure of the first class with the Bible story and then make the Sunday School of Business with the animals in the lesson.

Daniel in the lions' den

Start the Sunday School lesson by telling the story of Daniel in the lions' den. Talk about how the lions can be dangerous to humans, but God made the lions to be kind to Daniel. Then use the rest of class time to make a lion of trade.

For this work the Sunday School will have two sheets of paper for each child, eyes wide, thread, glue depressants, and crayons or markers. Use glue to attach tongue depressors and the son of a lion's mane and tail pan another plate on top of that. Decorate the top plate with the rest of the ship, making it look like a face of a lion. Once the glue is dry, kids can hold his lion mask with a tongue depressor as a handle.

Fishers of Men

Begin the lesson by talking about how some of his disciples were fishermen before they met Jesus. Tell us how Jesus told his disciples as Christians, should they become fishers of men. Talk about what it means for us as Christians today, and then start the engine.

This job requires the Sunday school wooden sticks, strings of colored foam or poster board, markers or crayons and glue. Depending on the age level of students, who may have ways of fish cut foam or paper, or may cause children to cut the fish themselves. They should decorate the fish, however you want, then paste at the end of the string (or use a drill to create a hole for attaching the rope through). The other end of the chain should be linked to the key of a fishing rod.

The Lord is my shepherd;

Begin this lesson by talking about biblical shepherds in the Bible that describes what they are and what they do. Tell students that we need God to guide us, just the way they need their shepherd to care for them.

This working sheep for Sunday school, will foam sheets or poster board, glue, googly eyes, markers and balls of cotton. Use foam or cardboard to draw or cut out the shapes of the sheep. Now you can use the rest of the crafts to decorate the sheep, balls of cotton wool stuck.
